Teen Strength & Journaling

This one-hour, strength- and mobility-focused class is designed to help teen girls build balanced strength and improve movement quality. Each week features a new primary focus—including upper pull (back), core, lower body, upper push (chest & shoulders), or conditioning—to ensure well-rounded, intentional training.

How It Works

Each class includes 8 total exercises organized into 4 stations. Participants work in partners, supersetting two exercises for three rounds before rotating to the next station. Four exercises align with the week’s main focus, while the remaining four target the other focus areas—ensuring a complete full-body workout every session.

Every class begins with a proper mobility-based warm-up to prepare joints and muscles for safe, effective movement and ends with a guided stretching cool-down to support recovery and leave students feeling refreshed. Each month, we rotate journaling and mindfulness focuses, giving teen girls time to write, reflect, and share—either with their training partner or as a group—helping build confidence, communication skills, and connection.

Lean into Your Strength

This partner-based, station-style format helps build community, keeps workouts fun, and encourages accountability, while emphasizing proper form, mobility, functional strength, and confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment.
