This one-hour, strength- and mobility-focused class is designed to build balanced strength and improve movement quality. Each week features a new primary focus—including upper pull (back), core, lower body, upper push (chest & shoulders), or conditioning—to ensure well-rounded, intentional training.
Each class includes 8 total exercises organized into 4 stations. Participants work in partners, supersetting two exercises for three rounds before rotating to the next station. Four exercises align with the week’s main focus, while the remaining four target the other focus areas—ensuring a complete full-body workout every session.
Every class begins with a proper mobility-based warm-up to prepare joints and muscles for safe, effective movement and ends with a guided stretching cool-down to support recovery and leave you feeling refreshed. Partner-based training helps build community, increase accountability, and keep workouts fun, while the station format encourages effort, engagement, and progression.
This class emphasizes proper form, mobility, and functional strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.
