The Anchor Method is a private training facility offering both indoor and outdoor training spaces designed to support intentional, high-quality movement. Our gym provides a focused, supportive environment where clients can train safely and effectively without the crowds of a traditional gym.
Access to the facility is available through scheduled classes or personal training sessions only. All clients must sign up in advance to attend a class or book a personal training session—open gym access is not available.
The facility is fully equipped to support strength, conditioning, and athletic training for all levels. Equipment includes strength machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable systems, medicine balls, cardio machines, sleds, and TRX suspension trainers. Our indoor and outdoor spaces allow for versatile programming and a dynamic training experience year-round.
