Trainer
With a passion for movement, strength, and mindful living, I believe that fitness is about more than exercise — it’s about building a strong, resilient body while creating balance and connection from within. I have been teaching at The Dailey Method since 2012, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater body awareness through intentional movement. My teaching approach combines strength and conditioning with yoga, breathwork, and mindful practices to support both physical well-being and a deeper connection to the body.
My training includes a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certification received in 2021, Restorative Yoga training with Judith and Lizzie Lasater in 2022, Roll Model® Method certification in 2023, Yin Yoga certification in 2024, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through Core Exercise Solutions (CES) in 2024. In 2026, I earned my NASM Personal Trainer certification, further expanding my knowledge of strength training and individualized fitness.
I am passionate about helping people feel strong, move with greater ease, and find balance in their lives. Whether through strength training, yoga, Myo Yin yoga, or breathwork, my goal is to create an environment where people feel supported in meeting their bodies where they are, building confidence, and continuing to grow at every stage of life.
I believe that meaningful movement is not just about how we look or how much we can do — it’s about how we feel, how we move through the world, and how we care for ourselves along the way.
